Submission for the 16th DocPoint – Helsinki Documentary Film Festival 2017 is closed
DocPoint – Helsinki Documentary Film Festival is organised by DocPoint-elokuvatapahtumat ry. The 16th edition of DocPoint will be held on January 23th – January 29th 2017 in Helsinki. The festival is non-competetive.
Submission to the festival is open from May 2016 until October 31st 2016. You are able to submit your film via Reelport service: https://beta.reelport.com/
The submission fee is 5 EUR + Reelport register fee. Please note that the festival mainly screens feature length documentaries.
Please read the regulations carefully before submitting your film. You’ll find regulations from the Reelport service and from here: Regulations: International Programme
The main screening format of the festival is DCP. Films are screened in their original language, with subtitles in English, in the case that the original language is other than English.

The final selections for DocPoint 2017 programme will be made by December 7th, and we will contact you personally in case we feel like the film fits our themes and categories. Please note that we only contact selected films and unfortunately cannot provide feedback about submitted films.
